Muhammad Kabir Umar is a first-class graduate of Accounting from Yobe State University, Damaturu. He was raised and educated in Kaduna State, where he developed a strong academic foundation shaped by a broad educational experience. Professionally, he is known for his analytical rigour and his ability to engage with complex strategic and financial challenges in a thoughtful and practical manner. He currently serves in the Finance and Accounts Department of the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) in Abuja.
