Rev. Fr. Richard Anthony Offong (CM)
Rev. Fr. Richard Anthony Offong is an ordained Catholic priest of the Congregation of the Mission (Vincentian Fathers), ordained on July 13, 2006. He holds degrees in philosophy from the Federal University of Uyo, Nigeria, and Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Urban University in Rome, graduating with honours. He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Youth Counselling from the University of West Scotland and a Master’s degree in Systematic Theology with distinction from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, UK. Father Richard has served in various pastoral roles across Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and the UK, working with marginalized communities, as a parish priest, and in chaplaincy positions in prisons, schools, and care homes. He remains deeply committed to faith, education, and social service in his ongoing ministry within the Vincentian community.
