Dr Damilola Sarah Lotsi is a Human Resources professional, a PhD graduate in Management (with distinction), and a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Her career spans corporate leadership, academia and the development sector, where she works at the intersection of systems, structure and human potential.
